
Local variation of a classic Caribbean cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Turnbull Bay Rum
- ½ oz Fresh lime juice
- ½ oz Simple syrup
- 1 ½ oz soda water
- 2 Strawberry slices
- Mint leaf
Preparation:
Add strawberries and mint into cocktail shaker and muddle. Add remaining ingredients to cocktail shaker, then pack shaker with ice and hard shake. Strain over ice in glass and top off with soda water. Garnish with strawberries slices and mint sprig.
