
A comfort cocktail with flavors of the fall
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2oz Turnbull Bay Spiced Rum
- 1-1/2oz Pear puree
- 1 oz Rosemary Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- Splash of soda
Preparation:
Combine spiced rum, pear puree, rosemary syrup and lemon juice into a shaking tin. Fill halfway with ice and shake.
strain into glass with ice. Top with a splash of soda and garnish with a rosemary and cinnamon stick.

Rosemary syrup – 32oz freshly made simple syrup steeped with 10 sprigs of rosemary then finely strained.
