Local variation of the French 75


  • ¾ oz New Smyrna Shine
  • ½ oz Fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ oz rock candy syrup
  • 2-3 oz Sparkling Rosé


Combine moonshine, syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into an iced champagne glass. Top up with Sparkling Rosé. Stir gently..
