Blueberry Sugar Sage Fizz

Refreshing fruity cocktail


Ingredients:

  • 1 oz New Smyrna Shine
  • 3/4 oz Lime juice
  • 3/4 oz Simple
  • 8 Muddled blue berries
  • 1 Sage leaf
  • Topped with ginger beer

Preparation:

Add all blueberries and sage into cocktail shaker then gently muddle. Add all ingredients except ginger beer in cocktail shaker, then pack shaker with ice and hard shake. Strain over ice in glass. Top off with ginger beer.

Hot Butter-ed Sugar Toddy

A twist on a classic winter cocktail.


Ingredients:

  • 1 oz rum
  • 3/4 oz brown sugar syrup
  • Slice of whipped holiday butter
  • Pipping hot water

Preparation:

Add all ingredients expect hot water into mug. Stir and then slowly pour hot water over top in a Irish coffee Mug. Garnish with an orange peel decorated with cloves.
