Mango Daiquiri

Tropical variation on a daiquiri


  • 1 oz Turnbull Bay silver rum
  • ½ oz Fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz Simple syrup
  • Fresh mango to taste
  • 1 Egg white
  • Salt rim of glass


Add all ingredients into shaker and do a long dry vigorous shake for at least 30 seconds creating a velvety foam. Then add ice in and shake a second round to dilute and chill.

Strain into a chilled coupe with a salted rim.
