
Fun moonshine cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ c New Smyrna Shine
- 4 ½ c Water
- 1 c Sugar
- 12 oz Frozen lemonade
- 1 ½ c Blueberries
- 1 Bottle sparkling lemonade
Preparation:
Bring water and sugar to a gentle boil to dissolve sugar and then cool for 5-10 minutes. Blend blueberries with 3/4 cup sugar water until smooth. Combine with moonshine and remaining water and freeze overnight. Serve in glass, top with lemonade and garnish with a lemon wheel.
